Bikini Body Circuits
We all get inspiration from somewhere, at the moment, mine comes from the Fitness Magazine bikini body challenge.  So I've taken some of their exercise suggestions and turned them into personalized  circuits that I do several times per week.  Then, I follow them up with a 10-20 mile bike ride (I use a spin bike).

Below are my customized J Circuits, for each circuit, do the exercises back to back with no break.  Rest 30 seconds and repeat.  Do 4 rounds of each circuit.
