J. Fitness Active Lifestyles Boot Camp

 

            Jana Stewart, a health and fitness expert with over a decade of experience, is an active lifestyle coach with a passion for helping clients reach their goals. The WNSO professional athlete, fitness model and national figure competitor is now launching a fun, get healthy series of bootcamps, all designed to get women in the best shape of their lives.


            Through her active lifestyles company, Jana offers a variety of services including, menu planning, kitchen make-overs, and nutrition consultations and personal training. She also prepares athletes for 5K's and bikini competitions, and serves as a fitness coach for those who want to be in the best shape of their lives.

 

What It Is

 

            Jana is offering her fitness services in an affordable group fitness session located in West L.A. Sign up now for a RECCESSION BUSTER 3-week pre-Resolution Fitness Camp, which starts on Nov. 30th, and choose from a 5, 3 or 2 day a week option. Melt away Thanksgiving pounds, and get a jump start on your New Year's resolutions goals with this fun and heart healthy pre-holiday challenge. In the bootcamp, you'd work out for an hour for two, three or five days a week and get a personal fitness evaluation from Jana, which includes a nutrition plan and food diary.

 

How It Works

 

            There are two time options for camp: Morning sessions start 6:00 a.m., evening sessions begin at 6 p.m. Both sessions are offered Mondays through Fridays until Dec. 18, when we break for the holiday season. Times are flexible: you pick which session and which days you attend.


            Jana's fitness formula works because she incorporates resistance training, cardiovascular training, plyometrics, and circuit training, which are all designed to melt body fat, boost metabolism, and increase muscle tone.  As a participant in the program, you'll have a great workout and leave each session feeling healthier & energized!


            The bootcamp is designed to work for women at all fitness levels, and Jana will ensure that each participant gets the individual attention they deserve to reach their fitness goals.


            As part of the bootcamp, Jana will offer bootcampers nutritional information to help combat holiday eating and tips for overcoming holiday health hazards.

 

 

The Cost

 

            The cost for the Pre-Resolution Bootcamp is $200, total for the entire three week session of camp for an unlimited amount of sessions or $13 per session. Bootcamp participants who pay $200 can come to as many classes as they want -- even twice a day if you'd like! It's UNLIMITED. Another option is to pay $13 per session the day before you want to work out. All bootcampers will also get Jana's weekly fitness e-newsletter which includes fitness tips, inspirational stories, recipes and dining-out tips.


            Pay online in full via PayPal or by check before or by the pre-camp orientation. Orientation is on Sunday, November 29th, where the fitness evaluation (measurements, etc.) will take place and fitness goals are discussed and documented.

            Need more incentive to start your trim down process? As part of the camp, you'll have a chance to compete for prize packages based on body fat percentage, inches lost and most pounds lost. Prize packages include: a healthy dinner party for you and three friends, a gift bag filled with makeup, cosmetic goodies and DVDs and a one-on-one personal training and kitchen makeover session with Jana.


What you need to Bring

            All you need to bring is a towel, a bottle of water and a yoga or fitness mat. Jana will provide all of the workout equipment for sessions.
