My client Chelsea V. will surely be an inspiration to new & expecting moms. Chelsea went through my "J Fitness Active Lifestyles Transformation" a few years ago, since then she's been a star pupil and has definitely incorporated exercise & clean eating into her normal routine. Chelsea took some time out of her busy day to sit down for a quick interview.

Do not over eat, The baby does NOT have cravings. The baby only requires 300 additional calories, that is like an extra glass of milk and a slice of bread. Also be sure to take pre-natal vitamins with folic acid. Also, try to stay active. Walking is the best exercise.
