J Circuit 7
This circuit combines cardio with strength training.  There's not a dull moment because every minute, you're doing something different.  I promise you will feel great after this drill.  If you need to make moderation's such as faster / slower speed, lower incline, that's fine, just make sure to keep it challenging.  Have fun!!  And let me know how you like it!!

This circuit will require a treadmill and dumbbells or resistance bands.  Keep the treadmill on a 6.0 incline or higher.

 

5 minutes ~ Warm – up of moderate walking

1 minute ~  Jog (5.5 + speed, 6.0 incline)

1 minute ~ (jump off treadmill) dumbbell curls

1 minute ~ walking lunges (back on treadmill, slow treadmill down to 1.7)

1 minute ~ walking (4.0 speed)

1 minute ~ Jog (5.5 + speed)

1 minute ~ (jump off treadmill) push-ups

1 minute ~ walking lunges (back on treadmill, slow treadmill down to 1.7)

1 minute ~ walking (4.0 speed)

1 minute ~ Jog (5.5 + speed)

1 minute ~ (jump off treadmill) crunches

1 minute ~ walking lunges (back on treadmill, slow treadmill down to 1.7)

1 minute ~ walking (4.0 speed)

1 minute ~ Jog (5.5 + speed)

1 minute ~ (jump off treadmill) shoulder presses

1 minute ~ walking lunges (back on treadmill, slow treadmill down to 1.7)

1 minute ~ walking (4.0 speed)

1 minute ~ Jog (5.5 + speed)

1 minute ~ (jump off treadmill) bent over rows

1 minute ~ walking lunges (back on treadmill, slow treadmill down to 1.7)

1 minute ~ walking (4.0 speed)

1 minute ~ Jog (5.5 + speed)

1 minute ~ (jump off treadmill) Triceps kickbacks w/dumbbells

1 minute ~ walking lunges (back on treadmill, slow treadmill down to 1.7)

5 minute ~ Cool down (moderate walking)
