J Circuit 8
This circuit is like J Circuit 7, but I varied it up a bit.  I wanted to do a combo of cardio & weights, so I jumped on the treadmill and just had fun!!

This circuit will require a treadmill and dumbbells or resistance bands.  
 

5 minutes ~ Warm – up of moderate walking

1 minute ~ (jump off treadmill and do any resistance exercise that you choose.  I have some suggestions at the bottom of this email)

5 minutes ~ Back on Treadmill ~ walking (4.0 + speed, incline 6.0 or higher)

Repeat this cycle for 30 - 60 minutes!!

Crunches
Biceps Curls
Triceps Kickbacks
Shoulder raises
Shoulder presses
Rear delt flyes
Push-ups
Deadlifts
Alternating stationary lunges
Chest flyes while doing crunches

Bent over rows
