A few of my friends called to ask me about a few quick, easy, & healthy recipes that they could prepare for themselves & their families.  One of my favorites is Stir fry.  I keep mine very simple, so feel free to add as many other veggies as you would like.  I will not discuss portion sizes, etc; I'll just give you the basics.

 

All you need is:

 Boneless, skinless chicken breast Broccoli (I use frozen) Fresh Mushrooms

Cut your chicken breast up into small chunks.  Spray Pam in a large cooking pan, sauté chicken until it's almost done.  Add in broccoli & mushrooms and sauté together.  There you have it!!!  You can serve this over brown rice if you like.  Very basic.  Now, the sauce is what adds all the calories.
