The Joy of Kettlebells!!!!
 
I always have the most amazing kettlebell workouts.  Whether it's 20, 30, or even 60 minutes, these workouts get my heart rate up and I can feel the fat burning!!! 
 
Kettlebell training originated in Russia and were utilized for athletic and warrior training throughout the world. There is speculation that kettlebells
were also used by Greek athletes and gladiators thousands of years ago as well as by strongmen in the early 1900's.  Kettlebells have become popular again and are being used by professional athletes, martial artists, the U.S. military, law enforcement officers, and fitness enthusiasts. The reason for the popularity of the kettlebell is that it produces high levels of strength-endurance, which builds long term stamina.  Kettlebells also teach you how to use momentum in ways that mimic real life situations that cannot be duplicated by machines, barbells, or dumbbells.   And to top it off, a typical Kettlebell workout burns over half the calories than a regular strength training workout.  

Kettlebells are convenient because they can be used in a gym setting, outside, or anywhere you can find a free space.  They can be purchased at any sporting goods store or stores such as Target & Wal-Mart.
